Day 18 of my requesting for relocation of @JioFiberVoice. Made more than 50 calls. Same answer everytime, "Please wait for 8 working hours" but no engineer visit. Truly disappointed with the customer service provided by @reliancejio @JioCare

I've even had a word with the escalation team for more than 10 times and no satisfactory reply from their end as well. So from now on I'll be tweeting the number of days everyday till the issue is resolved. Hoping to get some attention from @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI
