@MarkChubb3 I’d like to have two colours of tiles and some tape to tape the rows together to see how the factors reassociate. Or a Smart board. I’m thinking (6x6)x(6x6), which would also be 6^4. Nice to do math in my retirement!
@TeatherBoard @drcathybruce Grade 4 teacher at a low SES school. One of her students just had to write it down. He called the improper fraction an "overlapping" fraction because the pieces overlap into one whole plus some more. Grade 7!
