BREAKING: Israel is wiping out entire neighborhoods in South Lebanon right now.
War crimes in broad daylight. During a “ceasefire,” no less.
Not a peep from the “international community.”
Not a word from the International Criminal Court.
I’ve spent years talking about what ultra-processed food has done to human health. I never really stopped to think about what it could be doing to our pets.
Over half of the pets in this country are overweight or obese. And yet, we’ve somehow normalized feeding them highly processed food every single day.
When I sat down with Dr. Judy Morgan, the parallels between human health and animal health were hard to ignore. We’ve moved further away from real, whole foods, and our pets have come right along with us.
What I love about Dr. Morgan’s approach is that she brings it back to the basics: what are we feeding them, what are they exposed to, and what can we actually control?
Your breakfast is either medicine or poison.
Most people start their day with sugar: cereal, pastries, juice, oatmeal with dried fruit. Within an hour, their blood sugar crashes, they’re hungry again, and they’re locked into cravings for the rest of the day.
Protein changes everything.
When you eat protein first thing, you stabilize blood sugar, reduce ghrelin (your hunger hormone), and activate satiety signals. You’re literally reprogramming your metabolism. About 30% of protein calories are burned just digesting it, that’s the thermic effect of food working in your favor.
Plus, you’re giving your brain the amino acids it needs to make serotonaaand dopamine. Better mood. Better focus. Better energy.
What I eat:
-Eggs with greens and avocado
-Protein smoothie with almond butter
-Full-fat Greek yogurt with nuts (no sugar)
-Leftover salmon or chicken
Stop eating dessert for breakfast. Start with ~30 grams of protein and watch what happens to your energy, your cravings, and your waistline!
What are you eating tomorrow morning? 👇
Does anyone remember this amazing story? On July 2, 1982, a truck driver from California flew 16,000 feet into the sky in a lawn chair. Larry Walters, 33, from San Pedro, had dreamed of flying his whole life. He bought 42 eight-foot helium weather balloons, tied them to a regular Sears lawn chair, strapped on a parachute, packed a BB gun to pop balloons to descend, a CB radio, sandwiches, and a six-pack of beer.
He expected to float a few hundred feet above his backyard. He cut the rope and shot up like a rocket — to 16,000 feet. He drifted directly into the main approach path for LAX. Two airline pilots radioed the tower: they had just passed a man in a lawn chair holding a gun at 16,000 feet. For 45 minutes, he floated over Los Angeles, freezing cold, too scared to shoot balloons because he might fall. Finally, he started popping balloons one by one and slowly descended.
He landed tangled in power lines in Long Beach, California, causing a blackout. When police arrested him, they asked why he did it. He said, "A man can't just sit around." The FAA fined him $4,000. He became a national folk hero — Lawnchair Larry — and inspired the movie Up.
A legendary chef’s favorite meal is a ham sandwich with a cup of tea.
Marco Pierre White does not hesitate. After a lifetime of great food that simple supper still wins. Restaurants today serve twelve courses of tiny knick-knacks. He wants a proper plate and a glass of wine.
Get the basics right and you become famous. Best fish and chips in the country. Perfect bacon and eggs. Cook what you actually want to eat, keep it simple, and let the ingredients speak. Overworking food is the common trap. Nature is the artist. The cook is just the messenger.
Real confidence shows up in the simple things.
Ex-Mossad Juval Aviv just revealed something the establishment never wanted public — Netanyahu owns Trump because he has Epstein blackmail on him
Aviv spent years in the shadows.
He ran the original Munich revenge team.
He worked for the real shadow government.
And he investigated both Robert Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein up close.
According to him:
Netanyahu didn’t just flatter Trump into the Iran war.
He holds kompromat from the Epstein operation.
Epstein was a Mossad asset “in certain degrees.”
Netanyahu still has the material.
He hasn’t needed to use it…
But he has it.
That’s why Trump does what Netanyahu wants.
That’s why the war started.
And that’s why neither of them can stop it.
This wasn’t diplomacy.
This was blackmail.
Nick Fuentes says Trump is blowing it and dragging the entire right down with him
"He is the ship. He's the vessel. If he goes down, everybody goes down… He's destroying the brand."
🚨 BREAKING:
Israelis warn journalists covering aid airdrops not to film Gaza from the air or they will stop allowing airdrops.
They don't want the world to know they've destroyed over 70% of Gaza.
#SoCal heat is expected to peak on Thursday, with very hot daytime temperatures from the Deserts all the way to the Metro areas along the coastal plain. Only the higher elevations of the Mountains and locations along the immediate Coast/Beaches will offer a reprieve from triple-digit heat. #CAwx
