Last year, he was out there fighting on his own in a tractor against the McLaren rocketships and Max Verstappen.

The result: 7 podiums and a pole position.

Has Leclerc performed terribly in the last few races? No doubt he’s nowhere near his standards

But the 40 points gap to HAM in WDC is exaggerated bc LEC has had far more reliability issues than him, so much worse that he’s had 2 consecutive DNFs throughout no fault of his own

If you think Charles won’t bounce back from these three terrible races, then you don’t know him well enough.

In 2022, he came back from the following sequence:

🇮🇹 Imola: Mistake.
🇪🇸 Spain: Dominating the race, but the turbo decided to give up.
🇲🇨 Monaco: He was P1, but Ferrari ruined his race.
🇦🇿 Azerbaijan: He was P1 but the engine decided to give up
🇨🇦 Canada: Took an engine penalty and started P19.
🇬🇧 Silverstone: He was P1 but Ferrari ruined his race.
