@OctopusEnergy I am sick of being excluded. Smart meter doesn’t work (first reported to Octopus 5 years ago). Reported to ombudsman was told Id be on the WiFi trial in Feb 2026. Still waiting. With EVs, Heatpumps, smart white goods we are waiting to make a difference but blocked by Octopus :-(

@madebygoogle I have 20 cameras and 13 smoke/co2 alarms at great expense. Non have been working since just after Christmas due to bugs in the app. I’ve contacted google support and received zero support. Zero alerts received on smoke or co2. Google don’t care. Disgusting and possibly illegal
