I had really good experience talking (via chat) to Google Customer Support agent. they are real people and have good knowledge on the product and how to solve the issue. 👍
after waiting for long time due to supply chain problem, I finally upgraded my MacBook Pro M1 8GB/256GB (yes, I know!) to MacBook M1 Pro 14" 16GB/512GB from my employer.
I requested the 32 GB RAM but it wasn't available, and will let me know when it's available.
