@sammimavertto @BestBuy If you have a Microcenter around. I would go there instead. I will be exclusively purchasing from Micro Center from now on . They treat you like the old Best Buy use too. Like an actual customer instead of a transaction. Best Buy has went down the drain since COVID….

@sammimavertto @BestBuy It’s extremely bad, they also prioritize new sales first. Their Customer service is horrible. Pre-ordered the new MacBook and now it says delivering a week later than it’s original date. I could’ve went on their website, purchased the MacBook, and got it yesterday! That is scummy

@BeatEmUps preordered the new MacBook from @BestBuy and the same thing happened to me. They told me I was gonna get it on launch day, but I’m actually getting it a week after launch. Honestly, what is the purpose then. Will definitely not be ordering from Best Buy for these products anymore

@BestBuy what’s the purpose of pre ordering a product when you don’t even deliver the product on release date? When I ordered my new MacBook, you said it would be here on launch day, and now it’s a whole week later. This is ridiculous, I would’ve just went to Apple and got it!!!
