@AXECOP ...a slogan from a vacuum cleaner commercial?

[Matt Dexter @matt_dexter]

@AXECOP Not really a saying; but ‘douchebag’ implies a bag for collecting the remains of using a vaginal douche, after a postcoital rinse. Lovely.

You have to really hate someone to use that and know what it implies 👌🏻

@MakerereU @MakSPH @MakerereCHS Really excellent work - all the best for the success of this project and some long-term impacts!

We have made credible progress in designing a low cost Ventilator to support management of severe respiratory complications of Covid-19. Two prototypes of the design will be ready by Friday 10th April, 2020 so that the testing and iteration process can begin over the weekend.

@Rob_zone83 Good to hear- Liberté, égalité, Beyoncé! 🇫🇷
I’m living in Kokkedal... not been to Christiania yet... when the weather is better 😎 Coloplast is amazing; actually making stuff! What you up to- apart from snowboarding? 😉

[Matt Dexter @matt_dexter]

@Rob_zone83 I hadn't! I'll complete it now. How are you pal?

[Matt Dexter @matt_dexter]

@cerysmatthews My 6y/o son just asked - “Why is Scar on the radio?”

FFFFOUND! and MLKSHK are both closing next month, in two very different ways. I wrote about it on @waxy: https://t.co/3XVieZ7bCC

@duncanjbell @markfisher001 @Miele_GB You're right, but they aren't principles if they don't cost you!
£300 'fix' isn't cheap either 🤑

[Matt Dexter @matt_dexter]

@WhichUK Just got burned by sealed bearings in my @BoschHomeUK Washer. Thanks to your article from 17/06/2015, @Miele_GB get my cash next.

[Matt Dexter @matt_dexter]

#DesignForRepair- Washing Machine bearings.
Top 5 wear & tear issue, no longer user-serviceable | https://t.co/LocsT0dAcY | #Sustainability

[Matt Dexter @matt_dexter]

So, @markfisher001 @BoschUK can't help (~£300+ to repair bearings!). BUT @Miele_GB Washing Machines are all user-serviceable 😎 #BuyMiele

[Matt Dexter @matt_dexter]

@markfisher001, @BoschUK suggested sending engineer - but I already know the problem, so at this point it seems like good money after bad.

[Matt Dexter @matt_dexter]

In fairness @markfisher001, @BoschHomeUK got in touch pretty quickly. We'll see. Here's more on the prob: https://t.co/LocsT0dAcY

[Matt Dexter @matt_dexter]

@BoschUK @BoschHomeUK Thank you.

[Matt Dexter @matt_dexter]

Hey @Miele_GB -do your washers have sealed tubs, or are the bearings replaceable? My 3y/o @BoschUK has let me down.

[Matt Dexter @matt_dexter]

@SilvertonSarah Great! I'll send an email tomorrow with more details. Have a great evening.
