@GOoutdoors we placed an order for a child’s rain suit on Sunday 29th Nov with a 3-5 day delivery timeframe. Still no sign of the item and customer services can’t give me an ETA. I’m entitled to a refund under Consumer Contracts Regulations but your customer support say I’m not??

@mummylisa85 @GOoutdoors If I don’t get a satisfactory resolution today, I’ll approach the press. It’s not fair for families to be unwittingly left short this close to Christmas. Appreciate pressures on supply but they shouldn’t be advertising as in stock if they can’t fulfil orders.

@lianghillary Hi Hillary. Thanks for the heads-up and sorry I’m late responding. It looks like the @OpenIDEO challenge has generated some great ideas and I look forward to seeing the ‘Top Ideas’ soon! I’ll keep an eye out for the next challenge that fits my skill set and maybe submit an idea.

@Pret Thnx for reply. Good to see your commitments to positive change. Clean mugs were available, they just needed fetching. Most customers & employees will favour convenience as we’re lazy. Perhaps some incentives to motivate staff to share in your sustainability vision? @Cliveschlee

@Pret I’m confused by your #sustainability ethos. A poster in Meadowhall shop states your ‘sustainability team constantly challenge & remind you to do more’. Yesterday the same store asked if we’d use takeaway cups as mugs were all in wash! Also #SingleUsePlastic eat-in cutlery?!
