@FedExHelp I would like someone to call me who can discuss this in detail with a thorough explanation. At this point it seems there is no real reason for you to not complete the basic function your entire business consists of - transporting and delivering shipments.

@FedExHelp I cannot get a straight answer on why @FedEx Freight will not deliver inside my company's building via our loading dock. Today I was told the building's fumes (OXYGEN???) mixed with the truck fumes at our loading dock could cause an explosion? I need a real answer now

@FedExHelp I have. I have been told you can't deliver because you're regulated by USDOT, the building fumes, next stop is an Air Force Base, etc. - can I get a straight answer? An entire pallet of chocolate melted after refusal to push the pallet through our loading dock into the building
