HE SPOKE OUT AND GOT SUBPOENAED
Greg McCabe, Chairman and CEO of Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, breaks his three-and-a-half-year public silence on the battle surrounding MMTLP, naked short selling and the FINRA trading halt that affected approximately 124,000 shareholders.
McCabe tells Lara Logan that after he publicly challenged what he believed were inaccurate statements surrounding the controversy, he was hit with an SEC subpoena just one week later.
He says he turned over everything investigators requested, including his trading and banking records. But after years of fighting for transparency, McCabe says one critical question remains unanswered: What is the actual share count?
Next Bridge had approximately 165 million authorized shares. McCabe says an analysis of his data estimated there could be more than one billion shares reflected across broker-dealer accounts, which he believes could expose the scale of alleged naked short selling.
In this episode of Going Rogue with Lara Logan, Lara and McCabe dig into the unanswered questions surrounding MMTLP, the actions of FINRA and the SEC, and what McCabe says this could mean for retail investors and the integrity of America’s financial markets.

President Trump’s Administration has a letter for him to sign on the MMTLP issue that I and others have delivered.
The Hundreds of Veterans and Veteran Families deserve answers and accountability 👊🏼🇺🇸
@SusieWiles47@ChrisLaCivita
As you already know, Ann, President Trump has an $MMTLP letter awaiting his signature and MMTLP letter is currently moving through the White House review legal process.
Members of my group have worked tirelessly over the last two years to reach this milestone and secure this representation for the MMTLP community. For this reason, I will not deviate.
I will support any Executive Order once the MMTLP situation is resolved, or if @realDonaldTrump uses MMTLP as the catalyst to expose the crimes that justify such an Executive Order.
As I have emphasized in meetings with @WhiteHouse high-level officials, EOs regarding market reform typically only benefit active, publicly traded companies. Since we are not currently trading and since I believe McCabe will not succumb to trading in a corrupt market, resolution must come first.
God speed! 🇺🇸🫡

Interesting statements made by @RepLisaMcClain in today's Financial Subcommittee on Capital Markets hearing.
She is the one who has brought forth the RAMS act.

Interesting statements made by @RepLisaMcClain in today's Financial Subcommittee on Capital Markets hearing.
She is the one who has brought forth the RAMS act.
Robert W. Cook and Gary Gensler need to be held accountable for being criminally negligent! Disgusting!
Day 1153 of the #MMTLPFIASCO
Timeline:
12/23/23: MMTLP open letter is signed and sent to FINRA and the SEC (Deadline for response: 1/31/24). FINRA responded by the deadline; SEC responded 6 days late.
2/2/24: Dennis Kneale interviews Ralph Norman and asks about (MMTLP open letter response) subpoenas and hearings.
(On subpoenas)
Norman: "That has to come from a chair of a committee, James Comer is chair of oversight. He signed our letter."
(On hearings)
Norman: "Yes, and we're going to lead the way on that because at the HFSC, that's our job!"
7/10/24: No subpoenas, no hearing (even thought Norman says "We've had hearings on this." (In his interview with @DanNewsManBall) "It's in the SEC's hands." As if to hang his hat on the charges against the former CEOs which still to this day haven't be ruled on or dropped and it seemed as if Norman was wiping his hands clean of getting us answers.
5/26/25: 479 days since his interview with @DennisKneale, @CVPayne had Norman on his show again and asks for an update. More lip service from Congressman Norman. Still no hearings, still no subpoenas.
?/??/25: James Comer says on TV, "In order for a subpoena to be honored in a court ruling, you have to make every sincere effort to invite people to come, then you follow up with a subpoena."
COMER SIGNED THE LETTER! Why hasn't he taken the initiative here?
Still waiting... still tumbleweeds and crickets, even with evidence of collusion between regulators and industry members before, during and after the halt being completely made public. 👻
The word egregious doesn't even come close to describing how unconstitutional the lack of transparency and justice we have received so far has been.
We're sick of the run around!
FORENSIC AUDIT NOW!
Hold my beer...

The Financial Information Forum (FIF) is a place where financial entities can have their concerns heard by the @SECGov.
Due to an abundance of unchecked manipulation, followed by the U3 halt of $MMTLP, many of these entities including @TradeStation found themselves in a bind due to the proposed subscription rights S-1 from Next Bridge Hydrocarbons.
But after multiple meetings with the SEC, the SEC found a reason to get Next Bridge to withdraw the request!
Investors have sent thousands of letters/complaints through the official channels but the SEC is yet to formally address MMTLP.
The FIF and similar groups have a direct access to the SEC because clearly the SEC is not here to protect investors! @SECPaulSAtkins

$MMTLP Mr. @cvpayne… I have seen you fight for investors countless times. This idea, now more than ever, could be a fatal blow to a system that allows the investing public to be stepped on in favor of institutions. On behalf of the masses, I humbly ask you to revisit it.

@TuckerCarlson, in your docuseries, "The 9/11 Files," has masterfully peeled back layers of long forgotten questions surrounding the events of September 11, 2001. In Episode 4 you delve into one of the most haunting anomalies, the dramatic surge in put options placed on the stocks of American Airlines and United Airlines in the days immediately preceding the attacks. As you say in the docuseries, these were not anomalies, they couldn't be considering the staggering numbers. For instance, on September 10, 2001, put options on American Airlines spiked to approximately 4,516 contracts, with the typical daily average of 200-300, while United Airlines saw a similar explosion to 4,744 contracts on the same day, far exceeding its norm of around 100. In a peer reviewed 2006 study, Allen Poteshman of the Journal of Business, underscores the statistical improbability of these trades at less than 0.01 % suggesting patterns consistent with informed trading by parties who anticipated a catastrophic market downturn. Yet despite one footnote in the 9/11 Commission citing these trades as "highly suspicious" they dismissed them as innocuous, attributing the bulk of the trades to a single unidentified U.S. based institutional investor engaged in a hedging strategy that also involved purchasing 115,000 shares of American Airlines stock.
The SEC, in collaboration with the FBI and international regulators, conducted an exhaustive probe reviewing over 9.5 million transactions across multiple markets, concluding there was "no evidence that anyone with advance knowledge of the attacks profited through securities transactions." But here's the crux of the matter. Even after 24 years, the identities of these parties who made billions in the wake of 9/11 remain shrouded in classified obscurity. This opacity, you contend, isn't just bureaucratic bullshit, it's a deliberate veil shielding uncomfortable truths about foreknowledge beyond al Qaeda, potentially involving elite market players with insider access.
Fast forward to the MMTLP fiasco, a meme stock poised for a historic squeeze, halted by FINRA's abrupt U3 intervention in December 2022, allegedly to avert "extraordinary events" amid whispers of naked shorts and counterfeit shares flooding the market. Investors lost everything as hedge funds seemingly escaped unscathed, their positions protected from closure. Could the very same elite players, or at least elites acting in the same way, as insiders with market manipulating prowess, who wagered against the skies on 9/11 have orchestrated this modern heist? The parallels are abundant. Unusual pre event activity, regulatory blind eyes, statistical anomalies, all evoking SEC Rule 10b-5 violations and potential fraud under the Exchange Act. Tucker, I urge you dive into MMTLP's depths and expose if these ghosts of Wall Street past are haunting today's retail ruins. The people deserve answers, not more cover ups. #911Truth #MMTLPfiasco #afmb #nostanding #scottydoesntknowww
Hey @cvpayne, thanks again for the shoutout yesterday.
So @RepRalphNorman was on @denniskneale's podcast and said we'd have hearings.
Ralph says he can get answers now, so let's get to the bottom of this... it's day 893...
We're not going anywhere until we get a certified share audit.
$MMTLP Happy to announce that a Congressional Representative has committed to sending a letter to @DOGE_SEC, formally requesting that "DOGE investigate the SEC’s handling of the MMTLP situation to determine whether regulatory misconduct, negligence, or preferential treatment toward financial institutions played a role."
I will not publicly disclose which representative is doing it. This comes as the effort to make this requests from all offices I have been in contact with is still in it's infancy. So you can expect more to come.
