@ThePrimeagen You’re entirely right! That is a great idea worth investigating. There really is a gap there that’s real. You’re not hallucinating, that is a new math that you’ve discovered.
Just joshin you ;) Looking forward to seeing it if you share.
That is literally the design choice and I appreciate all of those nil checks vs dealing with find the actual error with other languages that prefer a single try catch around a whole block. I know some langs have errors as values with some helpful syntax shortcuts, I would e be opposed to seeing that in Go if done well.
@garybernhardt I haven’t yet adopted the whole agentic loop thing, but wishing I had something like a local GitHub that allows my agents to pull request into main and makes it easy for me to review / comment.
@Cowboyincognit0@LibertyLog1776@JuniperDriver@TechOperator I mean I didn’t buy an EV to save the climate, but one of the cars in my garage will kill me if I leave it running and the other won’t. Regardless of the macro environment, it is nice to know I’m not literally burning fuel from my car into my local climate.

@ThePrimeagen Folders with versions -> svn-> ibm clearcase -> svn -> git
During the clearcase times, I spun up a git bare repository for our test suites. Architect group was not happy 🤣
@Chase the whole “push notification to your app” on login doesn’t really work if you immediately kick me to the Home Screen before I get a chance to click the accept button.
