Life is worth the scars because at least we had a chance to bleed.

@Giants
re-sign Matt Barkley as backup qb
give him the #26
save so many jerseys

[Matt Bell @mattbellwords]

@richvillodas Really gonna need you to get “did” on the same line for #2. 😂

@RevDuv

@RebeccMcLaugh @thegoodbookusa Bought almost 400 copies for our high school students to read/discuss and then challenging them to give it away to someone who would benefit from reading as well. Thanks for such a well written resource!

[Matt Bell @mattbellwords]

@GT_Sankar @JasonRomano Well said

[Matt Bell @mattbellwords]

@PrestonSprinkle This is the most controversial thing you’ve ever said Preston (Mets fan here)

[Matt Bell @mattbellwords]

@JasonRomano Yes sir!

[Matt Bell @mattbellwords]

@BarnabasPiper A great read. Thank you! I love how you landed on Christ. I think of Paul calling Jesus the “wisdom of God” in 1 Cor and then saying all wisdom is hidden in him in Colossians. I’d love to have my students read this for class.

[Matt Bell @mattbellwords]

@DerwinLGray Are you preaching on Jude, Pastor? Our church is about to begin a series on Jude and so I re-read it this morning. Whew! Short but he does not pull his punches! My favorite moment is when he just simply points to Jesus in the exodus. He IS the I AM!

[Matt Bell @mattbellwords]

@JordanLRice @JawnO Switch the red and blue and now we’re talking 😂

[Matt Bell @mattbellwords]

@emschumacher @AkiimDeShay @drantbradley Tried explaining this very thing to my kids the other day. Collect calls?! What?!

[Matt Bell @mattbellwords]

@JasonRomano @Mets Hope you get a game like last night Jason!

[Matt Bell @mattbellwords]

@tracesoffaith Well they were headed to the land of milk...nevermind. 😀

[Matt Bell @mattbellwords]

@AJWTheology Reminds me of kingdom growth too. Kingdoms of the world look powerful and impressive (even unstoppable) but it is the steady growing mustard seed kingdom that will be the most powerful of trees in the end.

[Matt Bell @mattbellwords]

@AJWTheology That’s a good word Andrew.

[Matt Bell @mattbellwords]

I normally like the feel of a book, but I’m so glad I chose to listen to @KB_HGA’s “Dangerous Jesus” on audiobook. Seriously…deeply insightful, biblical, human, and convicting. It was like a KB album without a beat. Everybody go listen (or read)!

[Matt Bell @mattbellwords]

@KSPrior Thank you Karen. This is hopeful. I certainly think there is something about that transition between hs and college where you make your faith your own and realize the weight of your own investment. It all starts to matter a bit more.

[Matt Bell @mattbellwords]

@apostlepk @drantbradley This is fascinating. Kudos on this effort Paul!
