@PrivacyHQ Are you guys having an outage? Both website and mobile app are failing and showing 504 API errors for /user/me, /organization/plans, and /feature/flags. Pages won't load and unable to view transactions/cards, or create cards.
@gmfinancial I've been trying to contact you for 2 weeks now. Each time I've been on hold for over 45 minutes before I had to give up. This is insanity... is there literally anyone picking up the phone over there?
@TMobile I wanted to thank Alvianca (Nashville support) for taking the time to understand, own, and resolve an absurd long standing issue on my account today. I've been a customer for 7 years and was ready to cancel today, but she found a way to make things right. cc @MikeSievert
