@Buscusriot@1776Dca@MattWalshBlog But while he was still President, duh. The fact the US right is still trying to rehabilitate his reputation shows how far US democracy has disintegrated.
Here is the distribution of mammals on Earth today, by biomass.
🐘 Wild mammals = 4%*
🐄 Livestock = 62%
🧍♀️ Humans = 34%
*This includes marine mammals. Mostly whales. If only counting mammals on land, it's 2%.
Wild mammal biomass has declined by around 85% over the last 100,000 years.
But total mammal biomass has grown a lot from humans and our livestock. Most of this follows the industrial revolution.

@TragicName @AbbyJohnson Yes @TragicName: @AbbyJohnson also occasionally bible-splains to the Pope that scripture says you shouldn’t bother helping the poor.
This landing-page from @AlcoholDrugFdn completely plays down the risks of dependence from prescribing benzos and opiates drugs to patients. Yet the "Community toolkit" document makes clear these are not the best option for treatment.

@aunty_rheerhee @sishome2 @VicGovDH WRONG @aunty_rheerhee - the Epping North Woolworths incorrectly recorded its Eftpos transactions as “Woolworths Epping”, and the Health Dept quite understandably relied on these details in the customer’s bank transaction info.
@tynedaile@orientalhotel The proposed cuts were such a false economy. This training pays back ten times over in terms of time saved by researchers who otherwise would have to work everything out from first priniciples — or not at all.
Such a shame a university would neglect to invest in education...
The cat lawyer, Rod Ponton, is happy you’re happy. "If I can make the country chuckle for a moment in these difficult times they’re going through, I’m happy to let them do that at my expense,” he said in an interview. https://t.co/2IyubvXIpp
AAARRRGGHH - @Apple’s latest iOS auto-update has rearranged all the app icons I’d got used to on my iPhone, so now I can’t find anything!!! PLUS it’s now incredibly frustrating to shift them between pages because any gaps get automatically filled in, with a cascading effect.
