@jennife64328568@ChicagoFails Correct - Tinley said they would buckle down on security and not cancel events. Orland Park isn’t canceling events either …
The preliminary numbers from our survey on the economic impact of the delay in the #H2B visa release are shocking:
* Avg of 41% revenue decline compared to prior year
* Avg $ revenue decline of $648,000
* 166 U.S. workers hired
* 31 remain with companies today
@CassSunstein
The first receipt notice came in this morning for the supplemental visa release. We are told that a lottery was held for the returning worker allotment. We do not know how many positions were capped out but believe it is relatively few but what a gut punch for those few.
@USDOL@AngelaHanks@SecMartyWalsh @patrickoakford @SeemaNanda What is the hold up with releasing the #h2b visas? Every day hurts small businesses in need of labor. The visas announcement was on March 31. Why are you slow walking the rule for publication? #releasethevisas
@EWoodhouse7@MarianosMarket My family and I walked out of a store at oakbrook mall on Saturday because they refused to let us shop without a mask. It’s ok we took our money elsewhere. Guess we were not safe enough until Monday ….
@DanCrenshawTX Yeah but Dan, we users of the h2b program need cap relief to employ these guys! Please sign onto HR3897 to give the h2b program some cap relief! #saveh2b@SEA_labor
@adamcarolla I thought this would be a great topic for Adam and Drew to discuss:

@EWoodhouse7 Indoors is tollerable although at the same time still a pain.. but nothing like wearing it outdoors in the blazing sun in humid 90 deg weather.. hopefully they drop it entirely soon, but for now, this was a win
@EWoodhouse7 It is - as you get closer to the building there is a more permanent outdoor queue . At Magic Kingdom masks were also required for mine trains outdoor queue. At Epcot tonight, I’d say about 70% would mask up before entering a bathroom.
@EWoodhouse7 Correct. The new run away railway outdoor queue didn’t require masks - or at least they didn’t balk at it lol. Toy story mania asked you to mask as soon as you entered the line .
@EWoodhouse7 Indoors yes…. Outdoor queues it varies. We were in the outdoor portion of a queue at Hollywood studios yesterday without masks, but then they required it in the outdoor partially covered queue for slink dog - maybe because it’s tighter ? Not sure
@RussellJDeFord@RudolphHelmet@EWoodhouse7 Staffing seems to be the biggest hurtle, but I’ve seen a lot of trainees here this week. Many from PR…. We did 17 days over the last year with masks, it was miserable especially in the heat. This week with the outdoor masking dropped has been wonderful !
@EWoodhouse7 We are at WDW now - despite inside the Magic’s report of 50% of people still masking, I’d estimate that number to be closer to 10-15%. Very few have continued wearing masks outdoors at the parks. Indoors and ride queues yes… outdoors very few
