@AudiUK my 6 month old A6 has been in the local dealership because the drivers door randomly opens whilst driving.
No fault codes so no hire car.
I’m due to get my unfixed car back today and you organise a hire car, is this a joke?

@jacceberx I’ve used delivery 2 years now and have always finalised my order the night before without issue.
I’m not saying IT glitches don’t happen (I’ve worked till the early hours fixing them in the past). But we’d have notified our customers that they were impacted and the next steps.
