@virginmedia Hi. I've done all that, checked the cables (which where on securely), tried the online check system, turned it off and unplugged power supply for 30 secs, tried the mobile app too but that couldn't connect to it either. I've tried ethernet connection as well, but still a no go.

Hi @virginmedia. Broadband down in TS14 area since about 9am. Done all the troubleshooting and cable checks etc. but still green flashing light and solid green WiFi symbol on hub 3.0.

@HowtoADHD I'm very recently diagnosed. For a while now I've tried to think of it as a backseat driver (BSD) who is constantly berating me and making me ruminate. I found getting up and going over to a mirror to "confront" my BSD, and telling them off out loud, seems to help.
