اتخذ رئيس إنتر ميلان، جوزيبي ماروتا، إجراءات قانونية قوية بشأن الادعاءات التي سحبت اسم النادي في فضيحة الحكم جيانلوكا روتشي.

ماروتا يؤكد أن إنتر ميلان يعد إجراءات قانونية واحتمال الطعن أو الانتقام ضد الأطراف التي تنشر المعلومات دون دليل قوي يشوه صورة النادي.

يتم اتخاذ هذه الخطوة لحماية نزاهة وسمعة نيرازوري. يصر ماروتا على أن النادي شعر بالافتراء بسبب التكهنات الإعلامية التي تربط فوز إنتر بالحكم أو التلاعب بالـ VAR.

أثناء إعداد الإجراءات القانونية بشأن التشهير، صرح ماروتا أيضًا بأن إنتر متعاون بشكل كامل مع المدعي العام في ميلان و FIGC لإثبات أن النادي ليس له علاقة مظلمة مع جيانلوكا روتشي أو أي لجنة تحكيم.

I reached out to Italy’s Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, and here’s what they replied:
✅ Each EU Member State can decide whether to accept it on their territory, as we already know.
✅ Italy is not taking a decision until EU meeting and discussion.
✅ A joint analysis between the European Commission and Member States is planned for May.
They’re taking a cautious cautious approach.
So, we have to wait.
