Hi @ThreeUK - I have been a customer for many years and your insurance company Square Trade are providing an atrocious service. There seems to be an intention to avoid paying out despite being provided with extensive evidence about the loss of my phone… please can you help?

I bought the insurance from you, not them. I pay for a next day premium service and am now calling every day following three weeks of absolutely no progress or help at all
