I’m training for Leadville 100 MTB again.
Compared to last year, I’m approaching it with more runway, more patience, and a better sense of what actually matters. And it doesn't hurt that I know what I've gotten into this time.
@contextconor Agreed, and working on the same concept at my company. The filesystem, and llm wiki idea brought this whole concept together for me and it just makes sense.
@VictorATHER@contextconor I built a UI over the conception building for our company. Agents can access easily using the index and schema in each folder, humans can view ‘humanized’ views of the same data in the UI.
@NiklausFuller Working on this concept at my company. 800+ people, and built through multiple acquisitions so knowledge is spread and tribal.
My idea is a combination of a concept I read about ‘your company is a file system’, llm wiki and compounding engineering. We’ll see where it goes…
Right now in ideation mode. The concept is trying to boil down the core functions of a department into directories. Within, what are the core pieces of information, knowledge, etc available and how they connect. From there, how can we unleash agents on top of the information to product core work outputs that humans review and use, then a feedback loop to continually improve in each repetition.
I’m in health tech. Growth has been through acquisition. My current stage of thinking is how to systematize our knowledge to its useable across genetic systems and workflows, we’re not there yet. I’m working to explore how connectable and useable data and knowledge will enable significantly more AI outcomes, vs just throwing tools at teams and departments.
@BenignRadicals@Shpigford Each session is set on dangerously skip. That said, we plan all things first before execution and have rules in Claude.md and skills to help either that.
This week is messy on paper, so I’m treating it like a deload.
Less volume. Same intent.
Protect sleep. Keep as much structure as possible while on the road.
Focusing on letting the last few weeks of work absorb before we kick off the next phase of effort.
