The biblical qualifications for pastor are not suggestions. It’s not like, “It’d be cool if in addition to knowing doctrine he also wasn’t a jerk.” Pastors - by qualification - cannot be argumentative, short-tempered, domineering, coarse or routinely harsh in their speech, etc.
