@Futurhythm@AdamThornton90 My sympathies. I once had to turnaround a Black Christmas (1974) subtitle in a day and trying to make all the phone call voices distinct was tough and I only had to do English SDH. MST3K episodes were also tough.
@mattkoonmusic I kinda don't like either Lovitz or Dick. Andy Dick is a creep and the one time I've seen him in person he looked zonked out at Runyon Canyon. Lovitz allegedly cheated a lot of people out of money like Kevin Smith at his club. https://t.co/j8v9toZ5JV
@AdnaanJnr I've heard they contractually had to air them on MGM+'s Linear Broadcast Channel (formerly known as Epix) first since the Sony Spider-Man contract was made before streaming was really a thing.
@UpToTASK I'm watching in Black and White first. I might watch in color after finishing it out of curiosity but the goggles look way better in B&W.
@enidzilla Ever seen the 1981 Indonesian horror movie Srigala?
TerrorVision put out a Blu-ray of it and it's definitely inspired by the original Friday the 13th. Mario Bava's 1971 giallo slasher, A Bay of Blood, also seemed to influence the first two Friday the 13th films.
@menonfilmpod@ErickLorinc There's always hope. IMDB lists a few film festivals where it presumably played on 35mm. The rights have transferred a couple of times too going from Live Entertainment to Artisan Entertainment to Lionsgate.
