Drivers at Shepper’s Distribution in Columbia and Jefferson City, Mo., have unanimously ratified the best contract they’ve ever had at the distributor, including the largest wage increases ever received. Shepper’s Distribution handles the delivery of Anheuser-Busch products and other alcoholic beverages throughout the region.

“We’re lucky to have prosperous middle-class careers thanks to our Teamsters membership, but there’s no reason other beer drivers shouldn’t have what we have,” said Zach Wolken, a Shepper’s driver. “We’re building a movement for working class prosperity, so if you also want a chance at getting the best raise you’ve had in over two decades, come join us.”

We also have long term part timers that make over $30 because they have been there so long and have gotten all the increases. They are getting a significant increase they deserve
