@UbisoftSupport @UbisoftSupport I finally FIXED the issue. thank god. Apparently, It was more a Steam launcher problem than the Ubisoft. For whatever reason, the Steam controller input wasn't enabled in AC2 and AC4. Out of all my games those 2 were weirdly disabled. After enabling it launched!

@UbisoftSupport Why can't I open/launch AC II & AC IV? I've purchased them from steam about a month ago. I've been able to play them for quite some time, but for about a week I haven't opened or played both games. "Ubisoft Connect : synchronising game save" but it won't launch

@UbisoftSupport I'm using Asus Rog Ally X. I never have any problem with a lot of my games from different companies/launchers. It's just AC2 and AC4 from Ubisoft that just doesn't work. I tried reinstalling AC2, AC4 Ubisoft Connect, but still nothing. AC1 works, and it doesn't use Ubisoft.

@UbisoftSupport I did that. Deleted the cache etc. But still nothing works. I'm trying to find a way to delete my save data for good local and cloud, But I can't seem to find the way to delete the cloud save in ubisoft connect! I just wanna start fresh. Deleting the cloud save might work 😮���💨

@UbisoftSupport HELP please! Why is it that my AC4 and AC2 doesn't launch/open? I've spent the entire day troubleshooting trying to find the solution. I've done countless ways, but I can't still manage to run the games! It's very frustrating. "Synchronizing achievements..."

@UbisoftSupport Assassin's Creed 1 (which doesn't use Ubisoft Connect) works/launches but AC4 and AC2 doesn't work. Maybe there's a problem with the Ubisoft connect app? Verified the games on steam. But whenever I open the games, Ubisoft pops up "synchronizes cloud" then the game doesn't launch
