the Court held further,
" Bankruptcy proceedings are meant to compulsorily administer a person’s estate for the benefit of his or her creditors generally so as to enable such person pay his or her debts. Bankruptcy law facilitates a fair and equal distribution of available property of the debtor among the creditors, to free the debtor of his or her debts in order to give the debtor a fresh start as soon as he or she is discharged by court."
