@HalifaxBank Hi, I have a transaction on my bank account I don't recognise. Online chat have said if there's no receipt they can't help, but I never made the transaction so how would I have a receipt?

@RBS_Help I requested my bank statements to be to emailed me over the phone on Friday 23rd and was told they'd be with me in 2 days, they still haven't arrived. My account is closed so I can't get them online anymore.

@HMRCcustomers I was made redundant earlier on the year, I've just looked at my income tax comparison and it's estimation is almost double what it was last year. I don't think hmrc have factored in my redundancy pay, and are over taxing me
