The property has also not been helpful and has instead redirected me back to https://t.co/CE9HA2lF6G, saying they have no control over the booking. This leaves me stuck with both sides pointing elsewhere.

Very frustrating experience with @bookingcom. I accidentally double-booked a hotel and believed one reservation had been cancelled. I only realised after my trip that it apparently hadn’t been.
