i don’t want to:
- work at a fast-moving startup
- rush design just to ship faster
- be corporate and toxic
- spend my days in meetings about work instead of doing the work
- work on things i would never put in my portfolio
- sell my time rather than expertise
- outsource my creativity to non-creative people

i do want to:
- work with creative open-minded people
- work with people who understand why design matters
- curate and spotlight genuinely good work
- build for communities i care about
- have enough freedom to choose what deserves my attention
- help other designers {you can insert suggestions in replies}
- make an impact on tech without compromising humanity
