When my parents went into aged care, I helped clear out my childhood home – and realised I need to live lighter | Margaret McNally https://t.co/pTinlaalmS
@NetworkRailSE@nationalrailenq@SouthernRailUK@TLRailUK@GatwickExpress Thank you for the explanation. It was horrendous but at least we have insight into the situation you were dealing with. Would be great to see honest comms like this from the train companies too in the future.
Feeling overburdened🤯? There’s a fine line between feeling well and feeling overwhelmed, but there’s always a way forward with the right support. Find out more here: https://t.co/Gdej5d9aNb #fineline#mentalhealth
You know what’s amusing about this whole thing?
Our leg staff (who help w Qs) *also* worked in restaurants, grew up in Appalachian trailer parks, and come from immigrant families.
Wait until they find out I actually PAY them to do their jobs, coach them myself,& offer feedback.
@Se_Railway Just arrived at the office. 35 mins delayed, but safe and sound despite a rather crowded tube full of grumpy people all trying to get back to the City from Victoria 😂
@Se_Railway Thank you for sharing the plan. And yes, I know you’re not responsible for the operation and maintenance of the network although by pointing that out I detect a smidge of ‘it’s not our fault’ which is a shame.
@Se_Railway I understand the logic behind the work-around and happy that you’re able to switch destinations. But, it’s an inconvenience for me and 1,000s of other people. From our POV it just seems like a poorly maintained / managed network with weekly/daily failures and not worth the £.
