@Richard_Spoor They must sue the Minister of Corrections for the negligent release of the accused on parole. I believe the case of Naidu v Minister of Correctional Services (which has similar facts) will be helpful in this regard

Iโve heard of stories where some law students do thier articles for free. If youโre trying to be a successful law grad you need to have a 70+ aggregate these days.
