@simplyharryyy I tier 3 stalked all of the special targets. Then surprised killed them and went into stalk mode to get "admire kill" points. Then hid all 3 bodies. Got it after completing mission and backing out to lobby.

@__Wanh3da__ @QGHalloween I ended up finally getting it to work by tier 3 stalking all of them and before I hid the bodies I admire them. You act like your stalking them but they are dead. After that I finished the mission and it finally popped up I completed it.

If you get caught on the "disable 2 cop flashlights with a blackout" you need to use it on Loomis when he's by himself from behind. Unless its patched today, this is the only way I was able to get this to work
