NEW: A judge issued an order blocking Kalshi from offering unlawful sports betting in MA while we continue our lawsuit against them.
We're the first state to prevail against Kalshi on these legal claims - we'll keep leading the way and upholding that no company is above the law.
This is huge.
MA is home to tens of thousands of hardworking Haitian TPS recipients who enrich the culture of our state, contribute to our economy & help ensure we meet the needs of elders and patients in our health care and elder care industries - this victory belongs to them.
I'm running for re-election to the Shrewsbury Select Board! I've been proud to roll up my sleeves to directly help our residents. I'm committed to fighting for the community that we want to see.

Massachusetts AG Campbell: What you heard from the president and the speaker is total bullshit.
Never in the history of this country — during a war or an emergency shutdown — has the federal government ever stopped funding SNAP benefits for our most vulnerable.
After the Trump admin made an unprecedented decision to suspend food assistance for millions of Americans, @AJCampbellMA co-led 26 states in taking the admin to court. (And she won.)

BREAKING: A judge just issued a court order in our case requiring the USDA to use contingency funds to keep SNAP going during the ongoing federal government shutdown.
The White House must now let the court know by EOD Monday how they plan to move forward with funding SNAP.
While a hostile administration weaponizes the rule of law against the people, I’m grateful to have an AG @AJCampbellMA who won’t back down from big fights in the name of justice and truth.

I launched my reelection campaign in the South End (steps from where I grew up) surrounded by family, friends and neighbors.
This community raised me. It’s where I learned what it means to lead with faith and joy. I’m grateful to everyone who believes in what we can do together.
I’m Andrea Joy Campbell, and I’m running for re-election as Massachusetts’ Attorney General.
My story isn’t just a Black person’s story, or a poor person’s story. It’s an American story, from Roxbury to Princeton to public office.
You told us how “junk fees" hurt your wallets – and we listened.
This week, my office begins enforcing new junk fee regulations to make sure Massachusetts businesses are transparent with their pricing.
We will continue to work to put money back into the pockets of consumers.
Congratulations to the @GBLCBoston on hosting Boston's first ever Labor Day parade!
With the Trump Administration's attacks on working people, it's more important than ever that we speak up loudly and unabashedly to fight back.
This is what Labor Day is all about - showing up together to fight for working people and the unions that represent them!
My office will keep working to protect all Massachusetts workers!
The Trump Administration's funding and policy changes have left non-profit and charitable organizations confused and vulnerable.
Join me for a virtual Community Briefing to hear how my office is helping non-profits navigate this challenging, changing landscape.
Attorneys General are on the front lines of holding Donald Trump and his administration accountable to the rule of law. We’re ready to meet this moment with the urgency it deserves, and we’ve got your back.
The Trump Administration is attempting to unlawfully cut critical STEM funding, putting our public health and economy at risk.
We’re suing to fight back.
Revoking Harvard's ability to enroll international students- and telling current ones to transfer or lose legal status- is political retaliation. International students enrich our classrooms, communities & economy. This office will support Harvard should they take legal action.
Yesterday, New England AGs heard, answered, and most importantly, saw the constituents we fight to protect daily.
Now more than ever, we must keep up the fight to hold Donald Trump and this administration accountable and continue to remain united in justice.
