@BlizzardCS is there a specific reason why Blizz refuses to fix the iOS Hearthstone app and its constant crashes? People have been reporting these issues for a long, long time. This is unacceptable. I have made multiple posts on the bug forums.

@BlizzardCS I’d like to be refunded two Hearthstone arena tickets please. Because the devs refuse to address the constant mobile crashing issues, I just endured the millionth loss in a game I was winning. Usually it’s in constructed or BGs, but those at least those modes are free

@BlizzardCS I can’t buy HS packs because literally every single time I open the store on my iPad, the app crashes. This has been going on for a while. The app also crashes frequently in all game modes. I reinstalled it, and nothing improved. It used to work fine on my iPad.

@BlizzardCS just lost a battlegrounds match in Hearthstone I was leading because the app crashed and took forever to reconnect, only to be greeted by a frozen screen. The app has gone downhill and crashes all the time for no reason. Many others say the same thing.
