@GregLehman Greg, what specific strategies do you recommend f/ stress management. We advise a lot of the soft things-leisure/recreational hobbies, mindfulness, getting in nature, daily walks, etc. Stress mgmt a big umbrella term that's tossed around a lot without specific recs for patients
