How about an NFL style challenge #VAR. Let the managers challenge a referees decision if they feel it is wrong. It's easy to moan about a ref, give the manager the power. 2 challenges, if they win the challenge they keep it, if not they lose a substitute. @laura_woodsy @talkSPORT

@talkSPORTDrive VAR - take it back from the refs and get the managers to challenge NFL style. 2 challenges per game, if you're wrong you lose a substitution. Post match interviews would be great to watch them explain why they did or didn't challenge. Added drama.
