@KLM it’s been nearly 5 months since I submitted a refund claim and I still have heard nothing. Would this be qualify for a charge back @AmericanExpress ? @KLM I expect the standard response again ‘processing times are longer than usual’.

@Independent The problem is that facebook updated their iOS SDK which many apps use for login and other reasons which is making them crash. Its facebooks fault.
