Our preprint is on bioRxiv! 🔥
This paper is the result of what physicists and biologists can do together!
Thanks @chromatinlab for this opportunity and thanks @Dmichiel1 for all the time spent together at the microscope (while listening good music) 😁
We are excited to announce our new manuscript is on bioRxiv https://t.co/ZFDu21NZRJ. We use super-resolution imaging, molecular biology and polymer simulations to show that nuclear RNA forms an interconnected network of microgels. Well done everyone!
New pre-print alert 🚨 @franci_tag shows that DNMT3B PWWP mutations cause hypermethylation of H3K9me3 heterochromatin that is facilitated by its N-terminus. You can read more here: https://t.co/mQdXSUA62P
But here is a quick summary 🧵 1/10
Just finished attending this amazing course on Deep Learning for Imaging Analysis! A lot of new ideas and tools to apply on imaging analysis! Thanks to @florianjug and all the @jug_lab in @humantechnopole for the big work!
The Deep Learning 4 Microscopy Image Analysis (DL4MIA) course @humantechnopole is in full flow...
We started yesterday and this is the first moment I can tweet about it.
Students are amazing... and the combo of @gather_town and @Zoom a real winner!
This will grow into a 🧵...
Not everything round is liquid! In this Perspective, @Dmichiel1 and @mattimare discuss the rheology and viscoelasticity of proteins and DNA/RNA condensates and how to best measure them.

Interested in proteins and nucleic acids condensates and how to measure their viscoelastic properties? A new perspective written with my colleague and friend @Dmichiel1 is now out on @JACS_Au! https://t.co/NqRnIUYFBJ
@mattimare and I wrote a Perspective paper on the "Rheology and Viscoelasticity of Proteins and Nucleic Acids Condensates" now published in @JACS_Au. I hate to moan, but this was hard work! I hope condensates fans will find it useful. 1/4
