@SamsungUK I bought a washing machine and fridge and took out warranty, but you’re saying I didn’t take the other warranty out . That is ridiculous . I clearly bought the product . Why would I not register for 5 years and only 2 if it wasn’t clear?

@SamsungUK I discussed with your tech help. It’s deceiving not to give 5 years guarantee when purchased . I bought and registered and you gave 2 years. I have paperwork etc. You won’t discuss further on dm. Just want people to be aware. #samsungwarranty #samsung

The offers were not aligned to last year’s rate . I’m not happy with this after being a loyal customer for years. There are many options now to use alternate software.

@greenpanus your pans have become unusable after 14 months, and in uk they don’t replace as no proof of purchase. Disappointing. Be aware buyers.

Is it me or is @EE coverage in the uk getting worse ? Even in central london sometimes I can’t get. Now on a train to the midlands, 1 bar most of the journey .

As expected, confirmed in DM. Lesson, don`t register with 90 days and the Samsung fridge becomes less value ( ie onle 24 months warranty instead of 60months). If only I was informed on purchase...

@SamsungUK I didn`t register my refridgerator before 90 days for 5 year warranty(I did after 2 years)It is now 3.5 years, ice not working and a little noisey. You say it is out of warranty - it is the same product if I registered or not. Hoped it would have lasted longer!Unhappy

I have an old printer epson stylus3800, but @Epson do not provide a macOS driver anymore only windows firmware. I went to customer service which sent me around in circles to advise they don’t support. Any advice out there for a workaround?
