NEW: Bipartisan bill AB30 would require CA air board to approve E15, a fuel blend with increased ethanol levels, by July 1, 2025. If it doesn't, the blend would become legal and allowable without CARB approval. Studies suggest E15 could lower gas prices by 20 cents/gallon.
Love this! Fuel retailers offering E15 this way are selling a lot of gallons by replacing E10. If your vehicle cannot use E15 (2001 & newer vehicles, and flex fuel vehicles - FFVs, are approved), you can still fuel here. Same is true for boats, motorcycles, off-road, etc. There is an option for all. #ethanol
Drivers in #California—the state with the highest fuel prices—could save 20 cents a gallon with the #E15#ethanol blend. It’s time for the Golden State to join the other 49 states and transition to allowing lower-carbon E15.

What an incredible Palm Springs Modernism Week we just wrapped up in Assembly District 47!
Celebrating design, architecture, and culture, this event showcases the heartbeat of our community.
It’s also important to recognize the massive positive economic impact tourism brings to our district.
That’s why I Introduced ACR 72 last year to designate May as California Tourism Month, acknowledging the vital role tourism plays in our local prosperity.
Cheers to embracing creativity and boosting our vibrant community!

Newsom keeps chiding media today for reporting LAO's projection of $68B deficit, saying the reporting was incorrect & deficit is actually $37.9B
Yet, one of the biggest distinctions between his budget and LAO is merely an economic prediction. He predicts a rosier economy.
@ZavalaA Is he really expecting the press to just ignore the LAO? I understand if he's frustrated with the LAO numbers but lots of emphasis on the folks reporting them.
Tune in here at 10:30 this morning to find out how Gov. Gavin Newsom plans to close a $68 billion deficit - if that is the real number... https://t.co/PT0QpSzhZ1 #CALeg#CABudget
