I accidentally put my seasoncard on deferral but no way of making it live again on the website. Can you help?

@ManCityHelp I’ve been on hold for 2 hours to undo a deferral that was done by accident. The website can’t let you put it back live.
The website is not fit for purpose and the supporter services are even worse.
