Is there any need? Accidents happen but this is a yearly occurrence. When a damage claim is filed it is never approved. What gives?

After 5 years of the same thing it’s tradition. When I call for a damage claim I am told “you can’t prove it was our operator” even with picture evidence. Thank you!
