Selenskyj-Berater sind währenddessen nur noch geschockt und sprachlos von den Nachrichten aus Washington, dass Trump nach dem Diesel-Deal mit Putin nun einen neuen Präsidenten für die Ukraine fordert. Ein enger Selenskyj-Berater sagte mir: „Uns war klar, dass wir während des Wahlkampfsum die Midterms wieder in den Fokus geraten. Aber DAMIT hätten wir nicht gerechnet.“ Viele Telefonate mit europäischen Partnern. Größte Sorge: Dass Trump tatsächlich Geheimdienstkooperation beendet. Tatsächlich fordert der US-Präsident ein Ende der ukrainischen Angriffe auf Öl- und Gasanlagen.

Teraz szczyt hipokryzji, który obnaża całą tę operację: zgodnie z art. 281 § 2 k.p.k. - przepisem zaostrzonym w poprzedniej kadencji przez sam PiS - list żelazny w śledztwie NIE MOŻE zostać wydany bez zgody prokuratora. Prokurator Piotr Woźniak zgłosił sprzeciw, bo Romanowski ucieka, ukrywa się w Naddniestrzu i drwi z organów ścigania, posługując się fałszywą tożsamością.

Co robi neosędzia ze stajni Ziobry? Nagle oświadcza, że… pisowskie prawo go nie wiąże, zasłaniając się konstytucją, którą przez lata deptano! Gdy te same przepisy uderzają w obywateli - mają działać bezlitośnie. Gdy uderzają w partyjnego kolegę - nominat tamtej władzy wyrzuca ustawę do kosza.

Zasada „swoi chronią swoich” tutaj nie zadziała.
