@Chris_1791@creepydotorg The infrastructure to ping a cellphone and get a precise location from emergency services didn't exist yet. Maybe asked the carrier to release tower data but that would've taken weeks and was all over the place. GPS wasn't ubiquitous and most people had dumb phones in '08
@pablofindsout@PabloTorre Seems like the NBA was reminding Raps a long suspension+ could be the recommendation. Raps then responsible for paying Kawhi half / whole season, or just void his contract and make him ineligible. Raps risk losing: Kawhi, BI, G Dick, picks, useless pick swaps, and KL's cap space
@AlexWhitma49270@mquintos @FDSportsbook Sorry man, this is down the street from the Wolf Lake proposed site. Not saying they're going to pick this spot but it was one of the finalists of the three
@NVIDIAGeForce It's only weird because the gauge is likely turned up to 100%. Becomes less controversial if you play it back at .25% speed. If the light intensity was turned down and skin texture remained neutral it would look good. Hope their is some configurability. More options, more better
@AdamSchefter@CourtneyRCronin Huge win for ticket prices! Especially when the privately owned Skyway decides to implement "surge pricing" on game days. Rich benefactors driving an hour and a half from their mansions on the north shore or western suburbs def won't get old. Corporate suites at bargain prices!
@coldpizzaBulls@FuckParlays@ShamsCharania I agree as I eat cold pizza in Chicago. It's not an exciting move but it makes sense overall. We got a young former late lottery pick that hasn't played meaningful mins and player of equal value. Mike Conley was never going to play mins + 2nds. Sexton is expiring $ so no loss
@SnazzyLabs It's kind of funny to think that this phone PRE-vailed. WebOS lives on in our hearts and our LG TVs. It's too bad BlackBerry didn't shift to TV's. Smartphone software made it big on the small screen.
@BobWulff You can pay $31 to play it five days early. It isn't a horrible deal but it is misleading to advertise that Day 1 Access is included with GamePass
@RetroGameCorps I assume the G3x Gen 2 is likely just a marketing rebrand of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 clocked slightly higher and with a 12W TDP max instead of 6W. The 8+ Gen 1 and the G3x Gen 1 are almost certainly the same chip. Here's an example side by side: https://t.co/2saGdPdVSF
@DahMayans@LinusTech The NVME is going to be much more noticeable if that SATA drive is spinning. There isn't a distinction between SSD or HDD in the description. I assume SATA is spinning unless it says SSD. You might end up with the fastest slow computer on the planet.
