The ADHD urge to congratulate yourself for thinking about doing something productive, taking that sweet serotonin hit, then coasting for a smooth 2 more hours without even thinking about actually doing it again. Repeat until too late to stay up anymore.
@TheFFBallers catching up on episodes and we're gonna do the thing where when Trev has good games he's Pony Boy and bad games he's Horse Child, right? RIGHT???
Wtf was that defending, sure, but wtaf was that from Hoyos? He jumped 1 inch in place on a shot he could clearly get set and time his jump step for. I'm no goalkeeping expert but I've played enough ball to know that was a horrible effort.
My early assessment of Tata 2.0 so far is that all Tata's guys look like dudes, but he's still saddled with too many non-dudes. This team still has no gas and no true source of creativity.
@MLSMoves Weah playing rb against doku needs to be addressed but other than that it was a pretty good half. Gotta close down those long shots faster too. Was only a matter of time before they put a solid effort on goal.
Every single thing here is levered to protect corporations and screw over regular people. I was laid off a month ago from a job I was excellent at, but no job prospects seem likely atm and I'm having an anxiety attack wondering how I haven't ruined my family. Fuck capitalism.
@arvankirk Truly a weird one. Nothing from any angle ever looked even close to a foul. VAR ref had plenty of time to look at it and still advised ref to look (which basically means VAR ref thought it should be a PK).
@BrettKollmann I remember listening to Waldman years ago talking with an NFL scout or somebody how the NFL is not in the development business, it expects you to largely do that yourself, on your own dime, and it seemed impossible to me at the time. But over time, it's only been reinforced.
