@randomrecruiter I've seen most success with 2. I've seen 3 work if there is a present org gap and you are very confident they can grow into the role within 6 months, otherwise risk can be high

@uhhbre I think about it in terms of face to face time, in tech 4-6 hours of interviews may be normal. When you start to get to 8+, you should have some really good reasons

@ed_han Yes, don’t want to waste their time or your teams if the comp expectations aren’t t going to line up well. One of the worst feelings I’ve had is getting surprised by comp misalignment at the offer stages. Not a happy time. Way better to get it figured out early
