@nyvelocity Agreed, and unfortunately, it's still the best social media for people who are interested in Pro Cycling. I'm gonna try and get things going on Mastodon for the TdF, but I haven't found anyone else on Mastodon that's interested in #Giro or #TDF2023 or any other races.

You learn to leave work at 4pm to make sure you're on time for a 5:30 daycare pickup, even though it's only one bus that takes 20 minutes to get to daycare. You just never know when it's going to show up. Both my work and daycare were a 5 minute walk from the transitway.
