I have strong opinions. No doubt you have strong opinions too.
They don't matter.
Focus on improving and protecting yourself and those who are dear to you.
That matters.
A good way to age faster is by eating all the time including between meals.
Most snacking isn't driven by hunger anyway. It's driven by the need for entertainment, so it's almost always unnecessary.
You don't need to tell everyone that you're going to lose weight.
Just take action and let the results speak for themselves.
People will notice when you feel better, look healthier, and radiate confidence.
There will always be men stronger than you.
There will always be men leaner than you.
There will always be men smarter than you.
There will always be men wiser than you.
None of that matters.
What matters is that you work on yourself.
It's always about you. Not others.
I’m old enough to remember when they:
•Closed gyms
•Closed churches
•Ropes off playgrounds
•Cancelled mental health services
But kept Macdonald’s & Krispy Cream open “For your own good.”
The powers that be care ZERO about your physical & mental health so you better!
Things the media & politicians want me to be afraid of:
- Covid-19
- Climate change
- Overpopulation
- Systemic racism
- White supremacy
- Donald Trump
- Brexit
- Aliens
What I am actually afraid of:
- How easily most people fall for obvious psyops
What are your maxims or truths?
Over the weekend I sat down and wrote out 21 powerful truths...
These truths are driving my...
• Actions
• Thinking
• Performance
1. It's easier to get ahead when you do less dumb sh*t mentally...emotionally...and physically.
2. 80% of what you're doing today is holding you back from making solid progress.
3. Energy management is more important than time management. With the right energy...you flow toward your goals.
4. All progress starts by telling the truth about your current situation. Without awareness of where you're at...you will struggle to progress.
5. The daily standards you set yourself mentally...emotionally... and physically drive your results.
6. If you don't have a why or a clear vision...you're fighting an uphill battle in life and business.
7. Knowing your high-value and high-dollar activities means you don't need productivity hacks to complete your work.
8. Productivity hacks are for the work and activities you don't like...maybe it's time to drop or delegate those tasks.
9. Productivity is about getting work done efficiently. Performance is about achieving high-level results...don't mix the two up.
10. The concept of 10X has little to do with increasing the quantity of your results. It's much more about improving the quality of your standards and outputs.
11. A full calendar is a fool's calendar.
12. To grow you have to let go.
13. Breakdowns lead to breakthroughs...hitting a wall is good for you if you take the lessons on board.
14. High hope for a BIG future will help shape your daily actions.
15. If you ignore the compound effect and switch directions every 6 months or less...you will struggle to create the success you want.
16. 99% of the changes you need to make require adapting your behaviour and emotions...but 99% of the time...you will attempt to make that change with hacks and tactics before realizing it needs an internal shift.
17. Regular conversations with a future version of yourself who has completed all your goals is an essential weekly journal exercise.
18. If you are not journaling daily or at least a few times a week...you're disadvantaged to those who do.
19. Be - Do - Have...You already have all you need to succeed within you. Act from a place of knowing success is inevitable.
20. Daily walks are a life-changing habit.
21. Never chase anything expecting it to fill an emotional hole or change your life...because it won't.
What truths or maxims are you living by right now?
Big love,

The third maxim... Energy management is more important than time management...is a key focus for my clients and myself.
My energy used to suck...now I coach other biz owners to use high energy as a weapon to get sh*t done.
I've put all the best strategies my clients and I have used into a 5-step program for you called...
Kinetic Flow.

Stop thinking about 6-pack abs.
Start hitting the gym consistently.
Stop thinking about losing weight.
Start eating nutrient-dense foods.
Stop focusing on the outcome.
Start focusing on the process.
It’s easy to get lost in a routine.
It’s easy to get lost in spontaneity.
One leads to boredom, the other to anxiety.
A healthy cycle of both keeps life fresh and meaningful.
