@WisdenCricket We had a gentle assignment last summer and got 5/6 wins. Together with a couple of away wins in Asia and no other side doing that great bar AUS. Harder this summer after ZIM with IND then AUS to come.
@FanaticBears@cric_blog Tosh. Aus benefitted in the Oval last year, they got 2 quick wickets after a ball change. Just as Eng did not collapse in the way Aus did, no big deal was made of it. Selective memory. Rules are the same for both sides although I would agree that the rules need changing.
@graemebcricket@cric_blog I thought of this as a solution too and I'd go with it. Down side is that grounds vary and a 30 over ball from old trafford is not the same as a 30 over ball from the oval. Maybe give the batters choice of 4 balls that are all within 5 overs of the one being replaced.
@ACBLbridge Pass. In my methods, my partner has promised 4 Spades and at least a 6 count. He knows I have 5, probably 6 Hearts. He probably has good defence to a club contract.
@Adam00872774 I'm typically easy going and laid back. About 8 years ago I recall going round a neighbours house with a small hammer and told them that if their alarm continued that I'd be destroying their alarm with my hammer. Really gets to you!
