A father in Southern California was ONLY SENTENCED TO 3 YEARS IN PRISON after admitting to r*ping his 18-year-old biological daughter.

Stephen Vincent Chavez, 41, gave his daughter Makayla alcohol at his home, then abused her.

Makayla k*lled herself months after the attack.

He later pleaded guilty to felony incest and a misdemeanor count of furnishing alcohol to a minor.

The Ventura County prosecutor didn’t charge him with r*pe, but the monster admitted to being “blackout drunk.”

The prosecutors are in a tough position with a case like this because Chavez does has a Constitutional right to face his accuser, but sadly she took her own life.

Meaning, they could potentially lose on appeal, if his rights were violated.
